Localizing California Waters Annual Conference to Explore "Connecting Land and Water: Eastern Sierra Nevada"
MAMMOTH LAKES, CA – Localizing California Waters (LCW) is proud to announce its Annual Conference, set to take place in the Eastern Sierra from October 14-16, 2025. This year’s conference, with the title “Connecting Land and Water: Eastern Sierra Nevada” and the overarching theme of “Building a Shared Vision for California Watershed Communities,” will bring together a diverse coalition of community leaders, tribal members, policymakers, water managers, and environmental advocates to address the most pressing water issues facing the state.
The conference will be held at Canyon Lodge at Mammoth Mountain, with lodging at Juniper Springs Resort. It will serve as a vital forum for collaboration, aiming to break down traditional silos and foster a unified approach to water stewardship.
